ROUND 2 REVIEWS
The Wolves Vs Francas
Both coming off strong wins last week, this was a crucial game for both teams to assert some pressure in the season early. In a high scoring affair, Francas came out 11 point victors with R Francis starring with 5 goals to continue his great form from last season. Brad Stevens put in a good performance for The Wolves picking up 44 touches. I think this game indicates that both of these teams will be a force for the flag this season.

Barossa Vs Lucifer
After knocking off one of the flag favorites Faarknn Buutty last week, Lucifer put in a fair showing against the quality of Barossa going down by 37 points. Blight and Burton won the ball well out of the centre with Cunningham putting through 5 goals for the Panthers. Barossa have seemed to firm in some people's minds as flag favoritea after a shaky start.

Manchester United Vs San Fransisco
Playing their first home game for the season, the star filled Manchester United didn't dissapoint 53,502 who came out to see the game kicking 38 goals to San Fran's 24 in a real shootout. Martin Russel for Manchester was outstanding picking up 107 touches and putting through 9 goals was well supported up front by flamboiant Eric Cantona who slotted 10 goals straight in a magnificent display of goal kicking. San Fran will have to regroup down back in the week ahead to have a better chance next week.

Pines Pythons Vs Dromana
Playing for the coverted Jason Dunstall Cup, this game was really won out of the middle of the ground with Pines onballers Delulio and Black picking up 40 + touches and leading Pines to a comfortable win. Colin Hayes poped through 6 straight goals for Pines who seem to be playing much better now than they were at this time last season.

Faarkn Buuty Vs Mainland Marauders
In a bit of a grudge match between two coaches who are also assistant commish's, this game was put on in front of a great crowd of 55,723 people at the packed out Singleton Reserve. This is now 2 on the trot for Faarknn against the opposition after also beating them in the Blight Cup a few weeks back and this time won the game confortably by 39 points. Star recruit Mick Molloy showed that he is really worth his value after being picked in the draft and collecting 36 effective touches in his 2ns game for the club. Both teams are now 1-1 and should both be seen later down the track in finals, and with Faarknn maybe a grand final.
